PRESENTATIONS <br />II. BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Grant Acceptance: RE+ City Grant Program <br />Staff is seeking Council approval to accept RE+ grant funding from King County in the amount <br />of $83,000 to support food service businesses in organics services and compliance. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to October 2, 2023 Regular Meeting. <br />B. Project Completion: 2022 Overlay and Repair <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of project completion and release of retainage for the 2022 <br />Overlay and Repair Project in the amount of $1,498,073.89. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to October 2, 2023 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />C. Transportation Demand Management Program Allocation <br />Staff is seeking Council approval to accept the biennial WSDOT TDM allocation in the amount <br />of $93,000. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to October 2, 2023 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />Miscellaneous <br />Councilmember Delostrinos Johnson inquired about the status of the crosswalk near the Allentown <br />pedestrian bridge.
