Ordinances: Development Regulations <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of three ordinances that would amend Tukwila Municipal <br />Code Titles 17 and 18 to comply with changes in state law, correct errors, amend <br />requirements, and clarify the code and comprehensive plan amendment process. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />Provide information on numbers of home -based businesses in the city. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval.
