Tax Levy Legislation <br />Staff is seeking approval of: <br />1. Ordinance levying the general taxes for 2024. <br />2. Ordinance increasing the regular tax levy for 2024. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to November 13, 2023 Committee of the Whole for Public <br />Hearing. <br />B. Ordinance: 2023-2024 Biennial Budget Amendment <br />Staff is seeking approval of an ordinance to approve the 2023-2024 mid -biennium budget <br />amendments. <br />Item for follow-up: <br />• Clarify the B&O position request <br />• Clarify the additional costs associated with the PSRFA contract. <br />• Add total cost of WCIA increases <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval.
