BUSINESS AGENDA <br />There was consensus to discuss the July General Fund Update as the first order of business. <br />A. July General Fund Update <br />Staff presented the update. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />B. Ordinances: Boards and Commissions Term End Dates <br />Staff is seeking approval of two ordinances that would change board and commission term <br />end dates from December 31 to March 31 and update Planning Commission regulations to <br />comply with RCW 35.63.040. <br />Item for follow-up: <br />Edit third recital in the first draft ordinance to include more detail on why agendas at the <br />beginning of the year are less crowded. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval.
