BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Contract: Investment Grade Audit for TCC HVAC Replacement Project <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a contract with McKinstry to conduct an Investment Grade <br />Audit to evaluate two replacement options for the Community Center HVAC system. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />Provide additional detail on: <br />• Life span difference between Option A and B <br />• Length of time Option B technology has been in use <br />• Service and maintenance cost differences <br />• Operationalized difference in carbon/climate impacts <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to November 13, 2023 Committee of the Whole. <br />B. 2023 3rd Quarter Police Department Report <br />Staff presented the report and introduced two community members who volunteer with the <br />hiring process. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Discussion only. <br />II.
