PRESENTATIONS <br />II. BUSINESS AGENDA <br />The Committee agreed to postpone item E, an agreement for a Local Road Safety Plan. <br />A. Public Works Operations Campus Phase 2 Update <br />Staff provided an update on the project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Forward to November 13, 2023 Committee of the Whole. <br />B. Grant Acceptance: Stormwater Capacity <br />Staff is seeking Council approval to accept a Department of Ecology 2023-2025 Stormwater <br />Capacity program grant in the amount of $130,000. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. November 13, 2023 Special Meeting Consent Agenda. <br />C. Resolution: 35th Avenue South Street Vacation Public Hearing <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a resolution setting a public hearing date of December4, <br />2023 to remove the pedestrian easement from a previously approved street vacation on a <br />portion of 35th Avenue South. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to November 13, 2023 Committee of the Whole for Public <br />Hearing. <br />D. Supplemental Agreement: Comprehensive Plan Transportation Element <br />Staff is seeking approval of a supplemental agreement in the amount of $367,190 with Fehr & <br />Peers for Phase 2 of the transportation modeling services in conjunction with the update to <br />the Transportation Element. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval.
