PRESENTATIONS <br />II. BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Ordinance: Valley View Sewer District Franchise Agreement <br />Staff is seeking approval of a Franchise Agreement with Valley View Sewer District, which is <br />the last significant water/sewer utility without a completed agreement. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to November 27, 2023 Committee of the Whole. <br />B. Consultant Agreement: Local Road Safety Plan <br />Staff is seeking approval of an agreement with Fehr & Peers in the amount of $249,705 for <br />engineering services in conjunction with a Local Road Safety Plan for use in the <br />Transportation Element of the Comprehensive Plan. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to the December4, 2023 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />C. Consultant Agreement: Southcenter Boulevard/65th Avenue South Signal <br />Staff is seeking approval of an agreement with KPG-Psomas in the amount of $199,721 to <br />provide signal design and engineering services for the project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to the December 4, 2023 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />D. Agreement: Transportation Demand Management Outreach Services <br />Staff is seeking approval to amend the TDM outreach service contract with Hopelink to <br />extend it through June 30, 2025 and add $165,000 to the budget for the time extension. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval.
