PRESENTATIONS <br />II. BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Grant Acceptance: Technology Security Enhancements <br />Staff is seeking approval of a grant agreement with the Department of Homeland Security in <br />the amount of $81, 695 to enhance technology security controls, develop a Cyber Incident <br />Response Plan, and plan for business continuity. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to December 11, 2023 Special Meeting Consent Agenda. <br />B. Grant Acceptance: Ecology Ramp Litter Cleanup Program <br />Staff is seeking approval of a grant agreement with the Washington State Department of <br />Ecology in the amount of $60,000 to fund litter cleanup activities on state ramps. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to December 11, 2023 Special Meeting Consent Agenda. <br />C. Contract: Green River Trail Connector <br />Staff is seeking approval of a contract with Active Construction Inc. in the amount of <br />$1,020,020 for construction of the Green River Trail Connector project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to December 11, 2023 Special Meeting Consent Agenda. <br />D. Supplemental Agreement: West Valley Highway (I-405 - Strander Boulevard) <br />Staff is seeking approval of a supplemental agreement with TranTech Engineering in the <br />amount of $59,520 for additional construction management support on the project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval.
