BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Grant Agreement: 154 MHz Radio System <br />Staff is seeking approval to accept $49,000 from the federal Emergency Management <br />Performance Grant Program for upgrades to the 154 MHz radio system used for emergency <br />communications. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to May 20, 2024 Regular Meeting Consent Agenda. <br />B. Tukwila Community Center HVAC Project Update <br />Staff is seeking Council approval to proceed with Phase 1 of construction while negotiating <br />mutually agreeable terms in the contract. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Unanimous approval.
