BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Bid Award: Sewer Lift Station 5 Rebuild Project <br />Staff is seeking approval of a construction bid award to Gary Harper Construction Inc. in the <br />amount of $1,649,438.22 <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to June 3, 2024 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />B. Contract: 2024 Pavement Condition Index Study <br />Staff is seeking approval of a contract with IMS in the amount of $52,890.00 to complete the <br />study. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to June 3, 2024 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />C. Grant: 2024 Annual Overlay - 50th Place <br />The grant application was unsuccessful and the item was removed from the agenda. <br />D. Contract: Traffic Signal Assessment <br />Staff is seeking approval of a contract with KPG Psomas, Inc. in the amount of $176,622.00 for <br />the assessment. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />Provide map of traffic signals. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Fleet Purchase: TV Inspection Vehicle <br />Staff is seeking approval to purchase a t Video Inspection Vehicle in the amount of $438,254 <br />to replace a failing unit. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval.
