City of Tukwila <br />6200 Southcenter Boulevard, Tukwila WA 98188 <br />Agreement Number: <br />CONTRACT FOR SERVICES <br />Amendment # <br />Between the City of Tukwila and BHC Consultants LLC <br />That portion of Contract No. 23-002 between the City of Tukwila and BHC Consultants LLC. is <br />hereby amended as follows: <br />Sections: <br />3. Duration of Agreement; Time for Performance. This Agreement shall be in full force <br />and effect for a period commending upon 1/2/2023 and ending on 12/31/2025, unless sooner <br />terminated under the provisions hereinafter specified. Work under this agreement shall <br />commence upon written notice by the City to the Consultant to proceed. The Consultant <br />shall perform all services and provide all work product required pursuant to this Agreement <br />no later than 12/31/2025 unless an extension of such time is granted in writing by the City. <br />4. Payment. The Consultant shall be paid by the City for completed work and for services <br />rendered under this Agreement as follows: <br />A. Payment for the work provided by the Consultant shall be made as provided on <br />Exhibit "B" attached hereto, provided that the total amount of payment to the <br />Consultant shall not exceed $300,000.00 without express written modification of the <br />Agreement signed by the City. <br />All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Dated this day of June, 2024. <br />CA Reviewed May 2020 <br />Page l of 2 57 <br />
