Forward to October 7, 2024 Regular Consent Agenda <br />B.Contract Amendment: Stormwater Quality Retrofit Program <br />Staff is seeking approval of an amendment to Contract 22-134 with KPG Psomas, Inc. in the <br />amount of $322,873 for design and construction management of the program. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to October 7, 2024 Regular Consent Agenda <br />C.Contract Amendment: 2023 Annual Small Drainage Program <br />Staff is seeking approval of an amendment to Contract 23-089 with KPG Psomas, Inc. in the <br />amount of $63,207.50 for additional permitting services. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval.
