B.CHANGES TO STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />None. <br />C.CHANGES TO STATEMENT OF WORK <br />1.Section IV SCOPE OF WORK Subsection B. Program Activities is amended as follows: <br />i.Add a new Activity, 10.: <br />10. The Contractor shall spend no more than $80,139in funds awarded in 2024 to <br />improve energy efficiency at the City of Tukwila Senior Center. Improvements shall <br />include purchase and installation of a new HVAC system in the Senior Center building. <br />If funds remain after the above is completed, additional purchases or repair work to <br />increase energy efficiency, safety or accessibility of the Senior Center may be made <br />with the written permission of King County. <br />2.Section IV SCOPE OF WORK Subsection C. Milestones is amended as follows: <br />Add new 2025Milestones, 3., 4.: <br />3. Once the funds are fully expended, the Contractor must submit <br />documentation to King County showing the completion of the spending. <br />3.Section VII COMPENSATION AND METHOD OF PAYMENT Subsection A. Payment to the <br />Contractor is amended as follows: <br />i.Increase the VSHSL Seniors monthly payment due on December 13, 2024 by $80,139for <br />a new monthly payment total of $87,639. <br />All other terms and conditions of this Contract and the attached Statement of Work remain unchanged <br />and in full force and effect.
