BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Grant Award: S. 131st St Drainage Improvements <br />Staff is seeking approval to accept a Washington State Department of Ecology Streamflow <br />Restoration grant in the amount of $1,729,600 for the project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Forward to February 3, 2025 Regular Consent Agend.a <br />B. Grant Award: S. 1246 St and 506 Place Reconfiguration <br />Staff is seeking approval to accept a Transportation Improvement Board Urban Arterial <br />Program grant in the amount of $900,404 for design and construction of the project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Forward to February 3, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />C. Design Contract: Duwamish Hill Preserve Phase 3 & S. 104th St Shoreline Restoration <br />Staff is seeking approval of a contract with Anchor QEA in the amount of $453,201.00 for both <br />projects. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Forward to February 3, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />D. Design Contract: Tukwila Urban Center Conveyance Inspections <br />Staff is seeking approval of a contract with PACE in the amount of $71,808.00 for design of the <br />Tukwila Urban Center Conveyance Inspections. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Forward to February 3, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />E.
