Bid Award: S. 149th St & S. 150th Watermain Replacement <br />Staff is seeking approval of a construction contract with Pape & Sons Construction, Inc. in the <br />amount of $1,214,012.98. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to March 3, 2025 Regular Meeting Consent Agenda. <br />C. Design Contract: Ryan Hill Water System Connection <br />Staff is seeking approval of a contract with Carollo Engineers in the amount of $601,505.00 <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Project Completion: 2024 Overlay and Repair <br />Staff is seeking approval of contract completion and release of retainage with ICON Materials, <br />Inc. in the final amount of $867,537.54. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Consultant Contract: 2025 Annual Overlay Program <br />Staff is seeking approval of a contract with Psomas, Inc. in the amount of $487,198.99 for <br />design and construction management services. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Unanimous approval.
