Contract: Insurance Archaeology, Forensic Accounting, Claims Management <br />Staff is seeking approval of a contract with Restorical Research, LLC in an amount not to <br />exceed $300,000 for insurance archaeology, forensic accounting, and claims management <br />services to investigate old policy coverage on environmental cleanup. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to May 5, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />B. Contracts: Permitting, Tax, Budget, Transparency Technology Solutions <br />Staff is seeking approval of a contract with SmartGov to replace the city's permitting system <br />for an annual software cost of $38,571 and a one-time data migration fee of $64,767. Staff is <br />also seeking approval of a contract with OpenGov for Enterprise Resource Planning software <br />at an annual cost of $143,500 and one-time deployment fee of $116,860. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval.
