Turnover of Underground Stormwater Bypass Pipelines and Appurtenant Facilities <br />Staff is seeking approval to accept the turnover of stormwater infrastructure improvements <br />from Prologis-Exchange 3301 South Norfolk LLC in total value of $72,088. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Amendment to Interlocal Agreement: Surface Water Billing Services <br />Staff is seeking approval of Amendment No. 1 to the ILA with King County to update billing <br />practices in reflection of the upcoming 2026-year change in the rate structure. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Ordinance: Tukwila South Sewer Connection Fees <br />Staff is seeking approval of an ordinance amending the code that specifies sewer connection <br />fees for the Tukwila South will be based on a cost per square footage of each lot at the time <br />of development. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Bid Award: 65th Avenue South and Southcenter Boulevard Signal Improvements <br />Staff is seeking approval of a bid award with Northwest Cascade, Inc. in the amount of <br />$1,129,129.00 for construction of the 65th Avenue South and Southcenter Boulevard Signal <br />Improvements Project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Forward to June 2, 2025 Regular Meeting Consent Agenda. <br />E. Contract: 65th Avenue South and Southcenter Boulevard Signal Improvements <br />Staff is seeking approval of an agreement with King County Metro for cost sharing to upgrade <br />the bus stop at the intersection. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval.
