post -issuance compliance with IRS and SEC regulations, thereby safeguards the City's <br />credit standing and legal obligations. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, <br />WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Repealer. Resolution No. 1840 is hereby repealed. <br />Section 2. Findings Incorporated and Adoption.
