Tukwila International Boulevard Code Amendments <br />Staff briefed the Committee on a project to amend TMC Title 18 relating to various standards <br />for the Regional Commercial and Neighborhood Commercial Center zoning districts including <br />allowed uses, minimum parking, design standards, development incentives, and co -living <br />housing standards. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Forward to October 13, 2025 Committee of the Whole. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:26 p.m. <br />VS <br />Committee Chair Approval <br />
