Approved at the October 24, 2025 Meeting. <br />Ti�kwila <br />• Tukwila Hotel Group <br />Incentive <br />Mark from Explore Seattle <br />Southside presented a request <br />for $8,000 in 2025 and $30,000 <br />in 2026 for an incentive <br />program to attract rate <br />sensitive meetings, <br />conferences, and conventions <br />as described in the application. <br />Jim asked questions and <br />proposed increasing the <br />amount for 2026 to equal <br />$60,000. <br />Jean asked questions and <br />expressed interest to increase <br />the 2026 amount. <br />Jim moved approval of the <br />request in the amount of <br />$8,000 for 2025 and $60,000 in <br />2026. Jean seconded.
