Approval of 7/10/25 & 8/14/25 Minutes <br />a. Did not have a quorum to approve minutes — Postponed to October's meeting. <br />2. Community Engagement Report <br />a. Focus on patrolling trails, dealing with encampments. Figuring out who owns <br />the land along the river <br />b. Pursuing gaps in municipal code regarding camping <br />3. Chiefs Updates <br />a. Chief Dreyer gave report on the various vacant positions in the PD, as well as <br />the PD operational updates. <br />4. Police Award <br />a. Decided to award it annually, sometime in late spring. Chiefs will share <br />nominations to COPCAB. <br />5. Word on The Street <br />a. No action items <br />6. Good Of The Order <br />a.
