Resolution: 2026 Fire Permit Review Fees <br />Puget Sound Fire is seeking approval of a resolution that would adopt an updated fee schedule <br />to ensure full cost recovery for permits, inspections, and related services effective January 1, <br />2026. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Forward to December 15, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />B. Lodging Tax Funding Requests: City of Tukwila & PacNW Tournament Rebate <br />The Lodging Tax Advisory Committee has recommended funding Seattle Southside's request <br />for $40,000 through 2027 to provide hotel room rebates during the PacNW Winter Classic <br />soccer tournament held annually in January. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Forward to December 15, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />C. Resolution: Rental Housing Fees <br />Staff is seeking approval of a resolution that would adopt an updated fee schedule for the <br />Residential Rental Business License & Inspection Program to better align revenue with costs. <br />Items) for follow-up: <br />Provide annual update and potential code changes in 2026. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval.
