Resolution amending the Change Fund Level for Court <br />Staff is seeking approval of a resolution that would increase the Municipal Court's change <br />cash fund to $300.00 <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approvat. Forward to December 1, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />B. Ordinance: Equity and Social Justice Commission Membership <br />Staff is seeking approval of an ordinance removing the City Councilmember position and <br />adding a 4th community member position to the Equity and Social Justice Commission. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to December 15, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />C. Ordinance recodifying and enacting new Tukwila Municipal Code <br />Staff is seeking approval of an ordinance reconfiguring, recodifying and enacting a new <br />Municipal Code. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to December 8, 2025 Committee of the Whole. <br />D. Ordinance amending the Business & Occupancy Tax <br />Staff is seeking approval of an ordinance that would amend TMC 3.26 to align B&O Tax code <br />provisions with the requirements of the Washington State Model Ordinance. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval.
