Resolution: 2025 Fleet Surplus <br />Staff is seeking approval of a resolution authorizing the sale of surplus equipment for a value <br />estimated at $68,225. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to December 1, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />B. Grant Acceptance: Gilliam Creek Fish Barrier Removal Project <br />Staff is seeking approval to accept $750,000 from the Flood Control District Flood Reduction <br />program for design of the project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to December 1, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />C. Grant Acceptance: Chinook Wind Extension Project <br />Staff is seeking approval to accept $1M from the 2025 King County Parks Open Space -River <br />Corridors program for construction of the project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to December 1, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />D. Ordinance: Reduced Speed on West Valley Highway <br />Staff is seeking approval of an ordinance that would amend TMC 9.16 to reduce the speed to <br />40 mph on West Valley Highway between South 180th Street to the Union Pacific Railroad <br />crossing. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to December 1, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />
