City of Tukwila <br />Project Name: <br />Tukwila Evidence Program Upgrade: $5,800 <br />Tukwila Neighborhood Resource Center Workstations: $3,000 <br />Crime Analysis Plotter: $2,800 <br />Crisis Communication Unit Equipment: $2,900 <br />Incident Command Vehicle Electronics Upgrade: $1,500 <br />PD Administrative Office Conferencing: $693 <br />Project Cost: $16,693 <br />Project Description: <br />Tukwila Evidence Program Upgrade: Purchase and installation of software program and <br />licensing to replace antiquated and incompatible evidence tracking software for the police <br />department. <br />Tukwila Neighborhood Resource Center Workstations: Purchase and create five <br />workstations for police officers at Police Department Neighborhood Resource Center, to <br />include desks, chairs, file cabinets, and office supplies. <br />Crime Analysis Plotter: Purchase of large format plotter/printer for use with Police <br />Department emergency management and crime analysis. <br />Crisis Communication Unit Equipment: Supply Police Department's Crisis <br />Communication Unit with tablets, identifying apparel with Department insignia, work <br />portfolios and supplies to conduct in -field operations. <br />Incident Command Vehicle Electronics Upgrade: Purchase of parts and labor to re- <br />program two-way radios installed in the Police Department's Incident Command Vehicle, <br />and outfit the same with a hard drive for DVR capability of surveillance video. <br />PD Administrative Office Conferencing: Purchase and installation of a central <br />conference IP phone system for the Police Department Administrative conference room <br />to conduct remote conferencing with partnering agencies and community. <br />FY 2012 JAG Program Narrative <br />
