Crime Analysis Plotter: A crime analysis plotter will be purchased and installed by the <br />end of the 2012 calendar year. • The installed plotter will replace a defective plotter and <br />correct incompatibility issues, measured by IT department work orders. <br />Crisis Communication Unit Equipment: The CCU equipment will be purchased and CCU <br />team members will be trained in the use of the equipment by the end of the 2012 calendar <br />year, measured by CCU members' training records. <br />Incident Cournand Vehicle Electronics Upgrade: The radio re -programming will be <br />conducted in accordance with regional dispatch requirements by the end of the 2013 <br />calendar year. Measured by service records and compliance documentation of the <br />regional dispatch. <br />PD Administrative Office Conferencing: The conferencing equipment will be purchased <br />and installed by the end of the 2012 calendar year.
