In order to provide vehicular access to parking areas in the interior or at the rear of a parcel if no <br />other access is available, vehicular breezeways may count toward frontage coverage requirements: <br />a. A vehicular breezeway is a covered driveway penetrating the building. <br />b. The width of a vehicular breezeway shall not exceed the width of the curb cut plus the width of <br />an adjacent pedestrian sidewalk. <br />2. In order to connect the public sidewalk with active open spaces, courtyards, parking areas, and <br />alleys in the interior or at the rear of a parcel, pedestrian breezeways may count toward frontage <br />coverage requirements: <br />a. A pedestrian breezeway is covered walkway penetrating the building for pedestrian use only. <br />b.
