Courtyards located over garages shall be designed with ample landscaping. <br />f. Private Yard landscaping shall be consistent with Side and Rear Yard Landscape Types per <br />Section 18.28.230.B. <br />g. Access to a balcony or patio shall be limited to the dwelling served. <br />18.28.260 GENERAL PARKING REQUIREMENTS <br />A. This section contains Regulations and Guidelines for the provision, locations, and design of <br />parking. Parking Regulations are set forth to ensure that the provision of parking, and the <br />design and configuration of parking areas, contribute to the character of and support the type <br />of development desired within each District in the urban center. <br />B. Number of Parking Spaces <br />1. The minimum parking provision for vehicles required by all new development and changes in use <br />shall be as specified in the Provision of Parking Table. In the case of a use not specifically <br />mentioned in this table the requirements for the number of off street parking spaces shall be <br />determined by the DCD Director.
