9. Governina Law and Venue. This Contract shall be governed by the laws of <br />the State of Washington both as to interpretation and performance. Venue <br />shall be in Superior Court in the State of Washington for King County. <br />10. Severabilitv. If any provision of the Agreement is held by a court of <br />competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining <br />provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force without being impaired or <br />invalidated in any manner. <br />11.
