Draft Chapter 18.28 Tukwila Urban Center (TUC) District <br />Surface Lot Side <br />3. Definition: A parking lot that is located in part or entirely along the side of a building, in a side yard, <br />and fully or partially extends toward, but does not encroach into, the Front Yard Setback area. <br />Parking located between a building and a side property line which is directly visible from a street. <br />Figure 15 Surface Parking Side <br />C. Surface Lot Rear <br />1. Definition: A parking lot where a building(s) is located between the entire parking lot and the street <br />so that it is not directly visible from a street. Parking Structure <br />1. Parking structures may stand alone or be integrated into a building. <br />2.
