A minimum transparency percentage for the area between the height of 2 and 7 feet along the <br />length of a building fagade that faces a street, public sidewalk, open space, or river is required in <br />certain corridors, see Figures 3 -10. Commercial uses require a higher level of transparency than <br />other uses. <br />2. A minimum 3 foot zone behind the window glazing must provide an unobstructed view of the <br />establishment's goods or services. Display areas separated from the interior of the space may be <br />used to meet this requirement if they have a depth of at least 3 feet and contain displays that are <br />regularly updated. <br />3.
