Draft Chapter 18.28 Tukwila Urban Center (TUC) District <br />The minimum parking provision for vehicles required by all new development and changes in use <br />shall be as specified in the Provision of Parking Table. In the case of a use not specifically <br />mentioned in this table the requirements for the number of off street parking spaces shall be <br />determined by the DCD Director.
