The total width of parking access openings on the ground level of structured parking may not <br />exceed 30 feet when fronting on a public or private street. <br />e. Driveways shall be set back a minimum of five feet from adjoining properties (unless the <br />driveway is shared with adjacent premises), and a minimum of three feet from adjacent <br />buildings. <br />f. If two adjoining properties combine their side yards for the purposes of having a shared <br />driveway, side yard landscaping requirements along that property line will be waived. <br />g. Driveways may not be signalized. In order to be considered for installation of a traffic signal a <br />new public or private street must be constructed per the standards at 18.28.120. <br />h. These standards may be varied by the DCD Director when there is a demonstrated conflict with <br />truck maneuvering or fire access that cannot be addressed otherwise. <br />D. Parking Lots <br />1.
