h. No modifications or amendments of this Agreement shall be valid or effective <br />unless evidenced by an agreement in writing signed by all Parties. <br />i. Copies of this Agreement shall be filed with the King County Auditor's Office by <br />the City. <br />j. Each party has had the opportunity to consult with counsel in connection with this <br />Agreement. Each of the provisions of this Agreement represents the combined <br />work product of all Parties. Therefore, no presumption or other rules of <br />construction which would interpret the provisions of this Agreement in favor of or <br />against the party preparing the same will apply in connection with the <br />construction or interpretation of any of the provisions of this Agreement. <br />k. This Agreement may be executed simultaneously in two or more counterparts, <br />each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which together shall <br />constitute the same instrument. <br />I. Responsibilities of the Parties. See provisions above. <br />m. Financing.
