Excavate a series of <br />trenches where archeologists can observe the trench sides for <br />sedimentation layering and sieve the excavated material for artifacts. <br />This information is used by the project designers to determine if they <br />can avoid impacts to the cultural resources, and if not, will allow them <br />to determine the quantity and types of artifacts that are anticipated <br />2012- <br />• A copy of the duly executed contract agreement between the consultant <br />hired for the Project and the City <br />4 <br />artifacts <br />during excavation.
