9.21 Assist cities in recognizing municipal Solid Waste responsibilities, <br />including collection and Recycling, and effectively carrying out those responsibilities; and <br />9.2.j Provide input on such disputes as MSWAC deems appropriate. <br />9.3 The County shall assume the following responsibilities with respect to MSWAC; <br />9.3.a The County shall provide staff support to MSWAC; <br />9.3.b In consultation with the chair of MSWAC, the County shall notify all <br />cities and their designated MSWAC representatives and alternates of the MSWAC meeting <br />times, locations and meeting agendas. Notification by electronic mail or regular mail shall meet <br />the requirements of this Subsection; <br />9.3.c The County will consider and respond on a timely basis to questions and <br />issues posed by MSWAC regarding the System, and will seek to resolve those issues in <br />collaboration with the Cities. Such issues shall include but are not limited to development of <br />efficient and accountable billing practices; and <br />9.3.d. The County shall provide all information and supporting documentation <br />and analyses as reasonably requested by MSWAC for MSWAC to perform the duties and <br />functions described in Section 9.2. <br />X. FORUM INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br />10.1 As of the effective date of this Agreement, the Forum Interlocal Agreement and <br />Addendum to Solid Waste Interlocal Agreement and Forum Interlocal Agreement by and <br />between the City and County continue through June 30, 2028. After 2028 responsibilities <br />assigned to the Forum shall be assigned to the Regional Policy Committee. The Parties agree that <br />Solid Waste System policies and plans shall continue to be deemed regional countywide policies <br />
