BAR Hearing Minutes <br />March28, 2013 <br />Motion #3: Commissioner Mann made a motion to add a condition to shield the parking lot lights to prevent <br />any off-site glare spill-over to the adjoining properties. Commissioner Alford seconded themotion. All were <br />in favor. <br />FINAL MOTION: <br />COMMISSIONER ALFORD MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE CASE NUMBER L12-046DESIGN <br />REVIEW WITH STAFF’S FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, ANDCONDITIONS AS AMENDEDBY <br />MOTION #1, 2 AND 3. COMMISSIONER MANN SECONDED THE MOTION. ALL WERE IN <br />FAVOR. <br />DIRECTOR’S REPORT: <br />Staff informed the Commission about the upcoming items for the next meeting included <br />Comprehensive Plan amendments to the Utilities and Capital Facilities Element. <br />Staff informed the Commission that Boundary Review Boardhad denied Tukwila’s Notice of Intent <br />to Annex Area Q of the North Highline Annexation area.
