establishment is calculated at one extinguisher for each
3000 sq. ft. of area. The extinguisher(s) should be of the

distance to any fire extinguisher must be 75
(NFPA 10, 3-1.1)

and properly anchored to the mounting surface in accordance

not be less than 4 inches.

ensure continued illumination for a duration of not less
than 1 1/2 hours in case of primary power loss, the exit
signs shall also be connected to an emergency electrical
