R ORDINANCE NO. 583 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9 OF
ORDINANCE 537 (Business License)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Ordinance 537, Section 9 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 9. Nothing in this ordinance shall be construed to
require a license for any farmer, gardner, or other person to sell,
deliver or peddle any fruits, vegetables, berries, butter, eggs,
fish, milk, poultry, meats or any farm produce or edibles raised,
caught, produced or manufactured by such person in any place within
the state.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila, Washington
and I�PPROVED by the Mayor this „?ha day of 1,_..ej J 1969.
