SPONSOR'S This consultant agreement with Fehr and Peers /Mirai will provide an update to the
SUMMARY transportation model in conjunction with the City's Concurrency Management Program.
Mirai Associates, now called Fehr and Peers /Mirai developed the citywide transportation
model in 2002 and updated the model in 2006 2007. The 2008 update has a contract
amount of $32,453.00.
