With reference to the above referenced project, please include the
following with your comments on the project:
1. Per UFC Sec. 10.113, "At every required exit doorway, and
wherever otherwise required to clearly indicate the direction
of egress, an exit sigh with letters at least 6 inches high and
readily distinguishable shall be maintained."
2. Per UFC Sec. 10.104 (b),"All doors in or leading to exits
shall be maintained openable from the inside without the
use of a key or any special knowledge or effort at all times
when the building or area served thereby is occupied."
3. Maintain sprinkler protection for all enclosed areas.
• All modifications to sprinkler systems shall have the written
approval of the Washington Surveying & Rating Bureau, then'of
the Tukwila Fire Dept. No work shall commence without approved
drawings.
4. Maintain hose station coverage per City Ordinance. #730.
Fire extinguisher type, quantity, and placement. shall be
per NFPA #10. •
