5. CONSENT a. Approval of Minutes: 1/22/08 (Regular); 1/28/08 (Special).
AGENDA b. Approval of Vouchers.
c. Accept as complete the 2007 Small Drainage Program with Road Pg.11
Construction Northwest; authorize release of retainage, subject to the
standard claim and lien release procedures (final cost of project,
including retainage: $579,477.81).
6. BID AWARDS Authorize the Mayor to award a contract to Lakeridge Paving Company Pg.17
for the Interurban Avenue Pavement Repair project in the amount of
$28,574.00 (see 1/28/08 C.O.W).
7. UNFINISHED a. Authorize the Mayor to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the Pg.19
BUSINESS cities of SeaTac and Des Moines for the implementation of a Minor
Home Repair Program with the use of Federal Community
Development Block Grant funds in the amount of $72,132.00
(see 1/28/08 C.O.W).
b. Authorize the Mayor to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the Pg.21
City of Kent for the provision of tourism and marketing services by
Seattle Southside Visitor Services (the City of Kent shall pay
$120,000.00 per year) (see 1/28/08 C.O.W).
