Home My WebLink AboutOrd 0525 - Comprehensive Arterial Street Program JpMLA S /906 CITY OF T WASHINGTON ORDINANCE NO. 525 AN ORDINANCE adopting a Comprehensive Arterial Street Program pursuant to RCW 35.77.010 and aasix:year program for Urban Arterial Street Construction in accordance with Chapter 83, Laws Extraordinary Session, 1967 Section 27, for the City of Tukwila and repealing Ordinance 5 WHERAS, the City of Tukwila had previously adopted a Comprehensive Arterial Street Program by Ordinance No. 347, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tukwila has now revised and extended the Comprehensive Arterial Street Program for the ensuing six years in pursuant to ROW 35.77.010, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tukwila has prepared the six year program for Urban Arterial Street Construction in accordance with Chapter 83 Laws, Extraordinary Session, 1967 Section 27, and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on said revisions, extensions and preparations on September 16, 1968 at the City Hall of the City of Tukwila NOW THEREFCIRE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as follows: SECTION I. The Map and list attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "Air, and hereby incorporated by reference, are hereby adopted as the Comprehensive Arterial Street Program and the the Urban Arterial Street Program for the City of Tukwila for the ensuing six years. SECTION II. In accordance with the provisions of RW 35.77.010 and Chapter 83 Laws, Extraordinary Session, 1967 Section 27, a copy of this Ordinance, and attachments shall be filed by the City Clerk with the Director of Highways of the State of Washington within thirty (30) days of the date of the adoption of this Ordinance. SECTION III. This Ordinance repeals Ordinance 523. PASSED' by the City Council of the City of Tukwila this 16th day of September 1968, CIS!"'
