c. Authorize the Mayor to submit an application for CommunihJ
Development Block Grant funds (CDBG) for the 2007 Minor Home
R air Provram in the amount of $57,000.00 (see 4/24/06 COW).
a. Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Corsair Construction
for the Council Chambers remodel for cabinetry, carpentry
and painting in the amount of $176,538.88 (see 4/24/06 COW)
b. Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with
Golf Pumping Services, LLC for the Foster Golf Links
irri ation Iter r lacement in the amount of $34,610.00.
a. Authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with HDR
Engineering regarding new drinking water requirements from
the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in the amount of
$66,358.00 (see 4/24/06 COW).
b. Tukwila Village - discussion of mixed-use, townhouse concept;
Derek Seck, Economic Develo ment Administrator (30 mins).
