ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON
AMENDING SECTION 8.80.010 OF THE TUKWILA MUNICIPAL
CODE TO DELETE THE ADOPTION BY REFERENCE OF RCW
9.03.010, RCW 9.03.020, RCW 9.03.030, AND RCW
9.03.040 PERTAINING TO THE STORAGE AND ABANDONMENT
OF REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the Tukwila City Council finds that the
provisions of Section 8.80.010 of the Tukwila Municipal Code
adopting RCW 9.03.010, RCW 9.03.020, RCW 9.03.030 and RCW
9.03.040 duplicate the provisions contained in Sections 8.28.320,
8.28.330 and 8.28.340 of the Tukwila Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Tukwila
Municipal Code should be amended to delete one of the duplicated
sets of provisions, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 8.80.010 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
8.80.010 Conduct prohibited. The following statutes
of the state of Washington are adopted by reference:
RCW 9.91.010 Denial of civil rights- -Terms defined
RCW 9.91.020 Operating railroad, steamboat, vehicle,
etc., while intoxicated
RCW 9.91.025 Unlawful bus conduct
RCW 9.91.110 Meal buyers Records of purchases-
Penalty
Section 2. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase
of this ordinance should be held to be invalid or unconstitution-
al by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or
unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitu-
tionality of any other section, sentence, clause or phrase of
this ordinance.

Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance or a
summary thereof, shall be published in the official newspaper of
the City, and shall take effect and be in full force five (5)
days after the date of publication.

WASHINGTON, at a regular meeting thereof this 1 day of

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON
AMENDING SECTION 8.80.010 OF THE TUKWILA MUNICIPAL
CODE TO DELETE THE ADOPTION BY REFERENCE OF RCW
9.03.010, RCW 9.03.020, RCW 9.03.030 AND RCW
9.03.040, PERTAINING TO THE STORAGE AND
ABANDONMENT OF REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT.
On C, 19 1986, the City Council of
Tukwila, passed Ordinance No. /3,5 which provides as
follows:
Section 1. Amends Section 8.80.010 of the Tukwila
Municipal Code to delete the adoption by reference of RCW
9.03.010, RCW 9.03.020, RCW 9.03.030 and RCW 9.03.040.
Section 2. Contains a severability provision.
Section 3. Establishes an effective date.
The full text of this ordinance will be mailed to
anyone who submits a written request for a copy of the text to
the City Clerk of the City of Tukwila.
