a. Approval of Minutes: January 21, 2003 Regular Meeting
and January 27 Special Meeting.

c. Accept turnover documents for:

Harley Davidson: 13001 48th Av. S.
Heiser Building Addition: 11210 T.I.B.
Hot Mix Pavers: 4400 S. 131st Place.
Thorndyke Elementary: 4415 S. 150th St.
Tukwila Elementary: 5939 S. 149th St.
d. Authorize Mayor to sign Amendment #4 to Contract No.
99 -093 with Martin J. Durkan, Jr., for the period January
1, 2003 through December 31, 2003.
e. Authorize Mayor to sign a contract for lobbying services
with Ball Janik, LLP, in the amount of $8,000 per month
plus monthly expenses not to exceed $1,000.
f. Authorize Mayor to sign an Addendum to the Interlocal
Agreement between the cities of Renton and Tukwila for
the temporary custody of inmates before transfer to
Yakima County Jail that sets service fees for 2003.
Award a contract to Paasche Construction, Inc. in the
amount of $53,988.74 (includes WSST) for the Minkler Shops
Traffic Signal Cabinet Room Project.
Ordinance amending TMC 2.68.027 re: Removal of
Municipal Court Judge.
