No permit presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of this code shall be valid. 10: There shall be no occupancy of the building(s) until the final inspection has been completed by the Tukwila Building Inspector. 11: Ventilation is required for all new rooms and spaces of new or existing buildings in conformance with the Uniform Building Code and the Washington State Ventilation and Indoor Quality Code, Chapter 51 -13 WAC. 12: ** *FIRE DEPARTMENT CONDITIONS * ** 13: The attached set of plans have been reviewed by The Fire Prevention Bureau and are acceptable with the following concerns: 14: Maintain fire extinguisher coverage throughout. 15: Clear access to fire extinguishers is required at all times.
