When two or more exits from a story are required, exit signs shall be installed at the required exits and where otherwise necessary to clearly indicate the direction of egress. (UBC 1013.1) 3. The total number of fire extinguishers required for your establishment is calculated at one extinguisher for each 3000 sq. ft. of area.
