I am recommending appointment of the following individuals to fill vacant positions: Civil Service Commission Position #3 Carol Zuvela resigned in December, 2013. Attached is the application of Stephen Wheeler. I am recommending that he be appointed to position #3. His term will expire on December 31, 2019. Park Commission Position #4 This position has been vacant since March, 2013. Attached is the application of Julie Lee. I am recommending that she be appointed to position #4. Her term will expire on March 31, 2015. Student Representative: This is a new position on the Park Commission. Attached is the application of Hassan Abdi. I am recommending that he be appointed as the Student Representative. His term will expire in June, 2015. If you have any questions regarding these applications or appointments, please let me know by noon on Wednesday, February 11, 2014.
