There is nothing like entering a kitchen while a meal is being prepared. Aromas tantalize your palate and you experience the types of smells you only associate with good food. Other odors can interfere with this experience. Steam and grease can overpower the subtle aromas and should be removed or filtered. Miele has a selection of ventilation systems designed to quickly remove steam, grease or any other odors yo can do without. Properly removing these airborne particles improves indoor air quality and reduces greas buildup and cleaning times. Effective power Miele's ventilation systems have a powerful motor that can move up to 625 cubic feet of air per minute. That's more than you'll ever need to quickly remove steam and grease. These hoods offer variable speeds for any situa- tion. Slower speeds for steam and vapors; higher speeds for smoke and grease. In most models, the extracted air can be either externally vented or recirculated into the kitchen. The recirculation kit includes special charcoal filters that remove particles from the air before it is returned to the kitchen. 26 Ventilation Systems Effective, convenient and attractive Full size coverage Miele hoods come in a variety of different sizes and fit cleanly into any kitchen design.
